운동을 빨리 시작해야

운동으로 땀흘린게 언제인지 기억나지 않을 정도로 오래되다보니 열심히 일 할 타이밍에 체력저하와 피곤으로 지치게 되네요. 운동을 더이상 미뤄서는 안되겠습니다. 날씨도 더워지고 있는데 열심히 땀흘리는걸 즐기자고 마음 먹어봅니다.
